Terms & Conditions

1. All preorder items will only arrive in about 14-30 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays of Taiwan, after preorder is closed. Thus, we sincerely appeal to all our valued customers to be patient with us.
   
   
2. Full payment must be received before the preorder is closed. Orders of late payment will be voided. So please do not make orders on the closing date as we need 1 working day to sort out your orders. Thank you for your cooperation.
   
   
3. Please understand that some unforeseen circumstances might result in a longer waiting time. However please rest assure as we will inform you ASAP should such circumstances arise.
   
   
4. We will try to hurry our suppliers so as to receive the goods ASAP. Should there be any delays, we will inform you at the very instance.
   
   
5. All items sold are in perfect conditions and are brand new unless otherwise stated. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages, etc items lost in normal mail.
   
   
6. We will ensure that all items delivered are quality products. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be a slight variation in colour, design & size. The colour of the product may vary slightly as it depends on your monitor display of colours.
   
   
7. Most of the measurements are provided in the Taiwan auctions. Please do not ask me about the measurements as I also don’t know wor :p
   
   
8. If your order is OUT OF STOCK, we will refund the full amount to you accordingly.
   
   
9. No refund or exchange after purchase.
   
   
10. No cancel or amendment of orders once placed.
    
    
11. No further discounts will be given.
    
    
12. Free normal/registered postage is only for one local(Singapore) address.
